What if there is a problem with my order?
Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions about your order. We will be happy to do all we can to make your experience with PestleFresh positive and hassle-free.
What if my order arrives damaged?
All packages are fully insured. Damage to any item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We'll need you to provide pictures of both the item and the packaging; please do NOT THROW ANY OF THIS AWAY.
Replacements and refunds are processed after photos of the item and packaging are provided within 24 hours demonstrating the damage. PestleFresh reserves the right to require the damaged item(s) be returned or destroyed prior to replacement/refund.
My package is marked as delivered, but I need help finding it. What do I do?
PestleFresh is not responsible for stolen or lost packages after the package has been delivered. If this is your situation, the following steps may be helpful:
1) Check with neighbors to see if the package arrived at the wrong address.
2) Wait 24 hours to see if it comes. Sometimes carriers prematurely mark a package as delivered.
3) File a report with the police, post office/FedEx/UPS, or your homeowners/renters insurance policy for a claim. You may also confirm GPS coordinates with the carrier.
